Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) has begun accepting applications for their Maryland Anemometer Loan Program (MDALP). Jame Madison University will administer the program during its founding, and has administered a similar program in Virginia since 2001, the Virginia State-Based Anemometer Loan Program.
